Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We accept almost all insurance plans.
We realize that you hold Plaza Dental Group to a high standard and expect that we will provide you with a great experience each time you visit our office and this includes helping you understand your insurance policy.
For this reason, we have two full-time dental insurance specialists in our practice that start reviewing your dental insurance policy and even call your insurance company for you before you ever set foot in the door! We don’t like surprises, and we know you don’t either.
Before beginning any treatment, you will be given a comprehensive cost and insurance estimate — often the same day of your initial visit with us. The cost of your treatment will vary, depending on your individual dental problems and the treatment choices you make.

Plaza Dental Group, nor any other dental office, can guarantee that services will be covered.
Plaza Dental Group provides high-quality dental care and sometimes this commitment conflicts with the amount your insurance plan wishes to pay for treatment. (Sometimes your dental insurance company is okay paying for mediocre quality, not excellent quality.)
We do not allow insurance companies to dictate the quality of care we provide to our patients.
It’s not worth the frustration for you or your doctor to provide mediocre care. We remain insurance-aware, not insurance-directed. The treatment we recommend will always be based on your individual needs, with your best oral health in mind, and not what someone at your dental insurance company thinks you should do.
At this time, we are processing claims through the Implant and Surgery Center out of network. As with all of our services, we are happy to discuss payment options before treatment begins.
Appointment Rescheduling Cancellation Policy: Out of respect for other patients who are needing prompt care, we request a 24 hour notice for all appointment changes. A $50 fee will apply if an appointment is canceled within 24 hours. We wish we did not have to do this, but it is necessary to keep treatment costs down for everyone.
