Unfortunately, insurance policies are changing and generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. You will be required to pay your co-payment at the time of treatment. After your insurance claim is processed. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company. Appointment Rescheduling Cancellation Policy: Out of respect for other patients who are needing prompt care, we request a 24 hour notice for all appointment changes. A $50 fee will appply if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours. We wish we did not have to do this, but it is necessary to keep treatment costs down for everyone.
